2. Data processed and purposes
2.1 Browsing data
The site's IT systems automatically collect certain data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols: IP addresses, browser type, operating system, pages visited and request time. This data is not associated with identified users and is used exclusively to ensure the security and proper functioning of the site.
- Legal basis: legitimate interest of the Data Controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)
- Retention: maximum 30 days, except where needed to establish criminal liability
2.2 Data provided voluntarily
By writing to asky@pec.it or filling in the "Request an audit" form in the Contact section, the user voluntarily provides certain contact details (name and phone number). This data is processed solely to respond to the request and, where applicable, to carry out pre-contractual measures.
- Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
- Retention: for the duration of the business relationship and, thereafter, for the period required by law (up to 10 years for accounting records)
3. Data recipients
Data is not sold or disclosed to third parties. It may be shared with technical service providers (hosting, email providers) acting as Data Processors under Art. 28 GDPR, solely for the purposes set out in this notice.
4. Transfers outside the EU
Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.
5. Data subject rights
As a data subject, you have the right to:
- access your personal data (Art. 15 GDPR)
- obtain rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
- obtain erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- obtain restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
